Maison Martin Margiela for H&M the full collection, event and the story behind it

ARTISTIC- almost like ARTWORKS are the pieces Maison Martin Margiela created for H&M.
Just a glance through the collection  the presence of the WORK OF ART inspiration is more than visible from effortless chic men pieces sloppily painted in white to women jackets that look handwork piled with tiny pieces of leather that Margiela called "Car seat cover dress",  proposed in the form of a  jacket Margiela truly re-create a real damaged car seat cover. The last thing that truly re-calls the inspiration of the actual collection is the fact that the team decided to show the preview of the collection in an unusual way- performers and dancers shown the collection pieces performing instead of the usual fashion show with the runway MMM had 9 floors  an old building.
